The conversion of waste under the gaze of a systemic vision and integrated with blockchain and the digital economy is a more effective solution to drive public sector policies, such as the regulation of laws that establish national guidelines for a Federal Policy on basic sanitation as established in 2007, in addition to the National Solid Waste Policy - PNRS, in 2010, and its regulatory decrees.
